Friends This will be the last time I teach a special session before moving away. So it is fitting that topic of this special session is Emotions. Emotions can strongly influence your behavior. We all know that. We also know that strong or heavy emotions influence your physical health. We will practice simple and effective techniques to manage your emotions through breathing. This session will include a short verbal presentation, yoga and personal introspection. If you would like to bring some snacks or drinks we can share them after the session. -Peter Aragorn Marsh
